Yes, you read it right, November launches the return of Hot Cocoa Friday's.  Every Friday during the winter season you can enjoy a  rich & warm cup of Hot Cocoa especially made for the residents and guests of Franklin Landings. The Hot Cocoa station will be located outside of the Leasing Office.  Make sure to stop by on Friday's for your Hot Cocoa!
