An architect is in the process of designing a new exterior look for the back building at Franklin Landings. This will greatly enhance the outside appearance of our community.

Newly remodeled apartments will continue to become available for rent. See or call the leasing office if you would like to check out a newly remodeled apartment. 508-528-8557

Landscape upgrades will be made to the front parking lot and to the courtyard area.
